Prop 65: The State of California requires significantly stricter standards be met, known as California Proposition 65. Warning: Chemicals known to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm may be present in products sold by Printed Promotional. It is the distributor's responsibility to provide Printed Promotional written notice that any product ordered may be sold or shipped to the State of California and that the product will require a Prop 65 warning. Any order placed with or received by Printed Promotional, but no limited to online, phone, email or mail shall be deemed acceptance of terms stated herein. Labeling charges to comply with Prop65 may be required; contact factory for pricing and information.

CPSIA: Printed Promotional is current on the requirements set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Information Act (CPSIA). The CPSIA act of 2008 requires that importers/manufacturers are able to provide traceability of children's products back to the origin of manufacture. Printed Promotional provides permanent labeling that meets the identification requirements of the CPSIA. Any products deems primarily for use by children under the age of 12 will carry the necessary identification markings as is required by the law.
