Place Your Order: Authorized distributors can place orders by email, fax, or online. Include your email address on your purchase order and we will send you a confirmation once your order has been processed. Email orders should be sent to: email@example.com
Purchase Order Checklist:
- Industry Identification Number
- Contact name, phone, and fax numbers, billing and mailing address and email address
- Requested ship date and in hands date
- Item number and quantity
- Product color and imprint color(s)
- Pricing and set up charges: include quote numbers and/or SR number, if applicable
- Artwork layout
- Ship to address, including ship method
To firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid delays, include your PO# in the subject line and your company name in the body of the email. If there is a question or problem with the artwork, we will contact you once we begin processing the art for production.
Approved Paper Proof or product Proof
Shipping and Tracking:
Please provide your email address on your PO to receive tracking numbers for your shipment. You can also track your orders that ship via UPS at www.ups.com with your order number.
All order and artwork, regardless of the production type, must be received by 1:00 PM EST to be processed that day. Please be sure your emails specify your company name and purchase order number to assure prompt processing.
Standard 5 day Production
- Orders up to, 1,000 pieces, one color imprint or 500 pieces, two color imprint
- Art proofs will be provided; Please submit PDF, Jpeg., Ai., Eps., Tiff., Doc. of your artwork to assure correct transmission of the artwork.
- No ship date is assigned until the Proof approval is received, order will ship on the 3-5 working day after receipt of Proof approval.
3 Day Rush Service
Over/Under Run Policy:
- 500 piece maximum, one color imprint or 250 piece maximum with a two color imprint. Some items have a lower free rush maximum, defined on the catalog page. Select items are not available on free 3 Day Rush.
- Order will ship on 3rd working day; not including the day PO and art are received. Expedited shipping requirements must be specified on your purchase order or your order will ship UPS Ground. Please calculate transit time to assure delivery as expected.
- Free rush applies only to items at catalog quantity pricing, Mega Deal pricing is excluded.
- Art proof will be provided; Please submit PDF, Jpeg., Ai., Eps., Tiff., Doc. of your art to assure correct transmission of the artwork.
- Account must be current and/or have appropriate credit line established; new customers will be required to prepay orders until credit is established.
- For one color imprint orders over 500 pieces/passes, rush charges will be applicable for each additional piece.
- Orders requiring, rush service outside of these guidelines, please contact our Customer Service to discuss.
- Artwork requiring adjustments or corrections to make ready for processing will delay shipment of your order.
- Incomplete purchase orders requiring clarification will delay shipment of your order.
- Changes to rush orders cannot be accepted without delaying scheduled ship date.
all orders are subject to five percent over/under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly. For exact quantities, add $20.00 (G) per order.
Assorted Product Colors:
are available for any item at catalog minimum quantities and higher. Smaller quantity orders, 250 pieces and less are subject to a maximum of up to three assorted colors. Based on case packs, some items may allow for additional assorted options at lower quantities. Assortments based on less than half a case pack are unavailable.
Changes to orders in process should be sent to email@example.com Changes made after order is entered will be charged $5.00 (G) per change. Changes to art after screen has been made will incur a new screen charge. Shipping changes must be submitted 48 hours in advance of ship date; changes cannot be made the day the order is scheduled to ship.
